During this workshop, participants will evaluate the necessity in acknowledging how systemic oppression, marginalization, microaggressions and internalized oppression can create distrust between communities and service providers.
Participants will identify strategies to mitigate bias, break down barriers and practice cultural humility to build trust and engage in collaborative approaches to service provision.
