Webinar: Increasing Prevention Efforts and Self-Management Through Community Outreach and Partnerships, August 30, 2022

National Center for Farmworker Health will host a national webinar in collaboration with a panel comprised of health care professionals to highlight the importance of community outreach and various partnerships available to aid in increasing prevention efforts and self-management. Participants will be able to adequately enhance and promote access and availability of comprehensive preventive and self-management services to meet the ongoing and evolving needs of their service area and patient populations. This event will occur on August 30, 2022 at 2:00 pm ET.
