Results of evaluation of Team Decision Making on child welfare outcomes in two Missouri counties from 2015 to 2019. Study evaluated the practice of Team Decision Making in two Missouri counties from 2015 to 2019. Study demonstrated the value of Team Decision Making. Key findings indicate that: children in TDM group less likely to be removed from home after one year; no evidence that children more likely to experience abuse or neglect; and, caseworkers were more likely to report having sufficient information to make a placement decision.
