The Native Youth Leadership Alliance (NYLA) is a year long leadership society program that provides culturally based training, resources, and a community of support; to help young Native leaders create positive change in their communities. NYLA is the only nationally based leadership society program for young (early 20’s to early 30’s) Native leaders that holistically focuses on both individual leadership skills, and community development, to make long-term investments for the health and sustainability of NYLA communities. NYLA Leadership Society offers Increased Resourcefulness (scholarship support, fundraising training); Detox from Reactive Leadership: equipping young leaders to lead for life & avoid burn-out; Design personal and community leadership strategic plans; Access to transformative life and leadership coaching; Increased ability to navigate opportunities and relationships; Custom matches for mentorship support; Intentional support to foster peer relationships that are positive and inspiring.
